#Integrators

Integration with RSM is not a database shortcut. It is a governed boundary where identity, semantic mapping, authority, provenance, disclosure, and reconciliation are explicit.

#Connector Boundary

An existing system integrates through a connector that maps source-system concepts into RSM operations and projections. The source system remains authoritative where it legitimately is; RSM becomes authoritative only for admitted canonical RSM state.

#Integration Rules

  1. Map identity explicitly.
  2. Preserve provenance.
  3. Do not bypass canonical admission.
  4. Separate authentication from authority.
  5. Treat projections as disposable.

#Federation

Federation depends on selective disclosure, stable identifiers, versioned semantics, policy-aware operations, and reconciliation paths when independently governed systems disagree.
